What is your printing process?

All of our prints are made using a 12 colour giclee print process on premium quality, archival fine art paper. This process produces gallery quality and long lasting prints.

Do prints with a certificate of authenticity?

Yes! With every order we include a certificate of authenticity!

Can I request a custom size or framing option?

No, unfortunately not. Our Size and frame options are fixed.

Are the prints limited edition or open edition?

the majority of our prints are open edition however we will be releasing limited edition ‘drops’ throughout the year for special occasions or particularly unique pieces.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

As these are custom pieces, we ensure a professional level of attention to detail to each one. This often means the order can take bit longer to be delivered in some cases. While we try to speed up this process, in most cases we tell all customers to allow for 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We can ship internationally within Europe. For now we cannot ship outside of Europe however we are planning to expand into other markets in the near future.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs will depend on where you are located.

How are prints packaged to ensure safe delivery?

All our prints are packaged safely and securely using cardboard boxing filled with honeycomb paper. This is a type of interlocking paper that mimics bubble wrap and protects the print and frame.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent we will send you a tracking number which can help you to track your order.

Framing & Display

Do you offer framing services?

All of our prints come professionally framed.

Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

Each of our prints has been custom printed and framed for you. For this reason we cannot accept return requests.

What should I do if my print arrives damaged?

Please reach out immediately if your print has arrived damaged. Include images of the damaged print and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?

If you contact us within 24 hours, we may be able to cancel or change your order. As all of our prints are made to order we cannot accept cancellations/changes after this point.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of online payment.

Do you offer gift cards or discounts?

Yes, all subscribers will receive 20% off their order. There will also be times of the year when we will offer further discounts to our customers.

Do you have a physical gallery or is everything online?

For now everything is online. However we hope have a physical space in the near future. Keep an eye out for pop up locations and dates on our instagram as well!

How often do you release new collections?

We release new collections seasonally. Keep an eye out on our social media and/or newsletter for more information.

Do you offer private consultations for collectors?

Yes! We offer private consultations and special pricing for collectors/interior designers/hotels/restaurants or any establishment looking to order a higher quantity of prints.
