A curious minke whale surfaces from the depths of Donegal Bay. Usually elusive by nature, this one broke the pattern. Drifting closer, cautious but unafraid. For a brief moment, Jimmy and the whale observed each other, each seemingly weighing the other's intentions, two curious creatures suspended in the same quiet moment. Jimmy had time to snap a few pictures as the whale hovered in the light rays. Then, as quickly as it appeared, the whale slipped back into the depths.
